What are the private sessions like?

Private sessions are a personalized curation of Kundalini technology using yogic movement, Mantra (sound codes), Pranayama (breathwork), and Mudra (sacred symbolic hand gestures found in yoga) to re-pattern you to an elevated state.  Energize your system to be one of great radiance, fulfillment and prosperity.

How long have you been practicing Kundalini Yoga?

I began practicing Kundalini Yoga & meditation in 2020, within the first few weeks of practicing my experience was so transformative, I wanted to share it with everyone. I could’t help but think, “where had this practice been all my life” but as the saying goes, “when the student is ready the teacher appears.” Since discovering Kundalini Yoga I have maintained a daily Sadhana, a daily practice, accumulating in literally thousands of hours dedicated to independent study, attending immersions, retreats, as well as studying alongside many generous teachers.

My commitment and interest to learn and teach within this lineage is not limited to my first Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, this practice is experiential, yoga is an infinite journey.

It’s not how much you have, it’s how much you can handle. Kundalini Yoga & Meditation cleans out the gunk to make room for it all.
